Q: Can we start with an account for our business before rolling out to our clients?

This could be a great way to see how we work and operate. Additionally, we would love to bring you new clients too. We have one stipulation to manage the partnership workload and integrity of the program. If you have your account with us to start, you'll have a three-month window to bring on a client before being transitioned to another dedicated campaign manager on our Operations team.

Q: Do you have contact with our clients?

You can utilize our team, however, you see it working best for your business, but in our experience, having direct contact with the client and their feedback ensures a much more successful campaign and relationship for all of us. Direct client contact facilitates faster decision-making and enables better alignment between our teams. This also makes it easier for you, as the partner, so you don’t have to act as a third-party communicator, passing information back and forth.

Q: How do I get started with StraightIn’s White-Label Partnership Program?

It's so easy! Schedule a meeting with our Head of Partnerships, Sarah Hemmen. Based on her expertise and experience, she can help you determine which offering and package is best for you and your clients. Her team can get your campaigns up and running within a week.
